Who's Who

The Verse Team is made up of audio and music specialists with dozens of years’ experience to their credit.

Several of them are rightly proud of having designed some of the most luxurious products for world-leading digital MI manufacturers, in which every detail is top level: from the woodwork to the sampling, from the filters to the effects and the amplifier to the electro-acoustics.
This is why Verse’s results are so well above average: thanks to passion and competence.
Here are some details of our applications:
With custom DSP processing, the crossover for the drivers achieves a linearity that is usually unachievable in analog domain. This allows a
smooth transition of the sound between the tweeter and woofer as well as providing proper time domain coherency. The DSP also allows us to smooth out the frequency response far more effectively than with analog processing. The Crossover section includes an High Pass Filter and two Crossover filters, one for each section (Low, High) with the choice between Butterworth, Bessel or Linkwitz/Riley response with 12/18/24/48 db/oct slope.
DSP Crossover processing ensure an optimal distribution of the sound energy between the speaker ways, with an accurate response even in crosstalk zones. Perfect alignment of the speaker cones is done with a precise delay control, individual phase and level adjustment that guarantees an uniform sound front. A continuous monitoring of the parameters, including the maximum power level sent to the transducers is done independently and in the case of values exceeding the safety levels, two separate digital limiters (Low, High) limit the output level, with different thresholds and time constants.
It is also possible to control the signal level of the sound program controlling the „multicomp“ compressor capable of extreme alteration of the dynamic. It is gaining popularity as a means of dealing with difficult dynamics. It is possible to compress the band most responsible for large level jumps without affecting the rest of the audio with unwanted compressor side effects.
